Keto Collagen: The Perfect Keto Collagen is awesome. It is my favorite addition to summer shakes and smoothies. It adds amazing flavor (it comes in Chocolate, Vanilla, Salted Caramel, and Unflavored) and a rich texture. Perfect Keto’s Collagen is great for joints and gut health as well as skin, nails, and hair.
MCT OIL POWDER: I love MCT, but a lot of times I don’t want it in an oil form. The Oil makes it difficult to add into smoothies, desserts, and baked goods without changing the recipes.
